After more than 30 years in the fast-paced world of corporate marketing and recruitment advertising, I began to shift toward work that felt more meaningful and connected to my long-time interest in holistic health.

Over the past several years, I’ve immersed myself in energy-based practices, including Reiki, Energy Medicine, and Biofield Tuning. I’m now an Advanced Biofield Tuning Practitioner and Reiki Practitioner, blending my professional experience with a heart-centered approach to healing.

This work is a natural extension of my curiosity about the mind-body connection and our ability to restore balance from within. Through Biofield Tuning, I support others in clearing energetic blocks, releasing old patterns, and creating greater clarity, ease, and flow in their lives. I look forward to sharing this practice and the benefits it can bring to you.
